FAQ
How much does it cost to work with you?
No two design jobs are alike! Please feel free to contact me with the details of the job and I’ll get back to you soon! Please keep in mind that my focus is on small businesses and budding entrepreneurs so I’m very fair with my prices.
What does the cost include?
This depends on the job specifics. I will quote you a flat rate that includes the first design concepts and two rounds of revisions. After that, you will be billed at my hourly rate. If at any reason you wish to cancel the project before completion there will be a ‘kill fee’ to cover any time that put us ‘over half’ and I would be happy to continue working together in the future.
How long will the project take to complete?
The time frame to complete your graphic design project will vary depending upon the details of the job and the amount of time spent on revisions. Typically, first drafts are out to you within the first week depending on work load.
I need something designed yesterday, can you help me?
I can usually accommodate your rush job depending on my current workload. However, a rush fee will be added.
What’s involved in the design process?
We may have an in-person meeting if you’re in the Golden Triangle or Orange County area, or you may provide details via phone or email. A 50% deposit will be needed before work begins. Once I email you the final revision and you give it your seal of approval, the remaining balance is paid and the print-ready (or web-ready) files are sent your way!
What artwork file types do you provide?
I’ll need the information from your printer as to what type of files they require before I start your graphic design job. I’ll send you all the files you’d likely need depending on if the job is print or web. If you do need a different file format in the future I will provide it! I keep all working files for edits but I will release them to you for a fee.
Can we talk on the telephone?
You’re welcome to call me between 8:00am to 3:30pm (central) on weekdays! Feel free to text or email outside of those hours but please be patient as I may not answer very quickly during personal time.
Can you help with printing?
Unfortunately I haven’t built a strong relationship with any local printers. I would be more than willing to help you locate online printing services with great rates that suit your needs specifically!
How do you accept payment?
I require a 50% down payment prior to starting the job. This is payable by your choice of methods: Paypal, cash or bank transfer. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, prior to release of files.
